HOW DOES THE COATING PROCESS WORK?
In order to implement the antibacterial / easy-to-clean properties on surfaces, we use a hydrophilic polymer developed by us. It is non-toxic and biocompatible. The polymer is dissolved and easily and efficiently applied to the surface by dip or spray coating. No pre-treatment is required apart from cleaning the surface.
Subsequent UV irradiation chemically bonds the coating to the surface. The process is fast, inexpensive and gentle on the surface material.
