The company Rösler Oberflächentechnik GmbH was looking for an uncomplicated solution to reduce the maintenance effort of its plants. The novel coating technology from Flux Polymers has now been applied to critical equipment parts of a pilot plant with the aim to:
create a hydrophilic surface in hard-to-reach areas that allows less dirt adhesion
to enable easy cleaning with a sharp water jet, and
thereby reducing the maintenance effort.
"After previous testing in the laboratory, improved cleaning behavior of the coated surfaces was confirmed. Flux Polymers had unbureaucratically decided to implement their polymer coating at the pilot plant at short notice."
